Bristol Chamber Orchestra announces an Exciting evening of virtuoso musicians performing
jazz, classical, romantic chamber music
A fund-raising concert to support the concerts of the 2008-9 season.
Featured artists will include faculty members of the Sharon Music Academy.
Bristol Chamber Orchestra's artistic director,
violinist Harris Shilakowsky will perform chamber music selections with members of the BCO including
Israeli-born cellist, Yoni Etzion.
and,
Todd Brunel
is an innovative, critically acclaimed clarinetist who leads a dual life as a
cross-over classical and jazz musician.
He will be performing with
jazz Pianist, Joe Reid.
Introducing our audiences to the sounds that we will be creating with Todd later in the season when we team up to create Swing Night with Todd and Company, featuring Todd's jazz combo backed by smooth and hip arrangements performed by the BCO Pops Orchestra.
